A store robber was caught after using his debit card to pay for a drink while holding up the shop. The 33-year-old from West Virginia in the US, tried to sign it “John Doe†but police soon traced him and his debit card!
Meanwhile, crooks in West Hallam in Derbyshire were left up the creek after nicking 17 kayaks but forgot to lift the paddles!
And officials at Camden County Jail in the US, say an inmate sneaked out of confinement early Saturday for a cigarette run at a nearby convenience store, and got caught as he was sneaking back into the jail.
