After the huge march at the weekend, where over 100,000 people took to the streets of the capital, another march took place yesterday. The Gardai and taxi drivers took to the streets over pay and conditions. Taxi drivers want less cabs on the road after the huge increase in taxi licenses being issued. And the Gardai took to the streets over pay and overtime conditions.
People seemed to be really browed off with the way things are going, and the public is acting by taking to the streets, Experts say that this year will be the year of the march. Several hundreds of thousands of people are set to march this year and it looks like the leaders are seriously going to have to put on there thinking hats! All marches which took place went off peacefully but who knows for how long it is going to stay like this for!
