This House Smells Like Crap!

A High Court battle in Wexford has settled a case about a house which smelled terrible out of court! The Byrne family were in court claiming their house smelled of rotten eggs and raw sewerage mixed together caused by a custom compost plant beside there family home in Ballyminaun Hill, Gorey Co. Wexford.
The company who own the compost plant denied all claims of a smell, but then decided to resolve the claim with the Byrne family out of court. The terms of the settlement were not revealed to the High Court.
