89% Of People Would Switch Bank If They Could Understand Them!

Research into a new study has shown that 89% of people would switch banks if they could understand what the hell they were trying to say. The study has found that normal people don’t understand such phrases as 5%APR and commissioned by the financial regulator under the constitution of the ECB and rates may vary to 4.87%APR annually! You get the point, I don’t even have a clue what I just wrote there!
The study carried out by the National Adult Literacy Agency found that over a fifth of people would switch banks if they provided there information in a more user friendly manner. The agency has developed a A-Z pocket guide to financial terms, containing over 500 definitions for the banks terms!
