Butcher Family To Create 70 Jobs.

Updated : Feb 20, 2009

A family-run chain of butchers has promised to create 70 jobs over the next 2 years.

Cribbin Family Butchers, who have 5 butcher shops across Ireland which have been renamed as The Butcher's Block, say it plans to open a further five stores over the next 18 months.

The 1st new store will open in Dundrum Town Centre in Dublin next month. The company is headed by Tom Cribbin who opened his first shop in Roscrea in Tipperary in 1989. Tom Cribbin is in the picture below doing what he does best!

VeryHappyPig says I wonder if they would employ a Pig? Maybe I won’t apply, probably wouldn’t be a great interview!
