Updated : Jan 26, 2009
Schoolchildren could soon travel to school for free in Galway after city councillors decideed to try and cut traffic congestion by 25%. They meet tonight to get the plan passed.
Councillor Colette Connolly said school traffic is behind a lot of gridlock on Galway roads. This is a great plan and also won't have overly stressed parents sitting in traffic for hours trying to get their little angels to school while the beat the hell out of each other in the back of the car!
VeryHappyPig used to trot to school but now is in hiding because the butcher is on the look out for me!
