M50 Finally Moving Again

Good news for all M50 users, travel times on the commuter unfriendly road have been cut by 25% since the toll barriers were removed.
Traffic experts Mapflow monitored the M50 road before and after the barriers were taken down and found the 90,000 drivers passing through the toll every week were finally doing so quicker.
The National Roads Authority hope journey times will fall further once the upgrade of the motorway is completed in 2010, the road will then have three lanes, both northbound and southbound.
Miss Piggy might even take one of her cool whips out for a spin on the M50 to test it out!
