The budget airline has calculated the person will be one of the passengers booked on its 14.50 flight to Luton - coincidentally the destination of its first flight out of Belfast International almost 11 years ago.
Carly Brear, easyJet UK commercial manager said: "easyJet was the first airline to bring low-fares travel to Northern Ireland and our aim has always been to provide significant choice, flexibility and affordable travel to people across the region.
"We have undoubtedly been successful in achieving this and I would like to say a big thank-you to the travelling public who have made us Northern Ireland's favourite airline."
She added: "easyJet has made a substantial contribution to tourism and the Northern Ireland economy, including bringing millions of visitors to the region."
The airline now flies to 19 domestic and European destinations from Belfast - carrying around 11,000 people a day on up to 43 flights.
Responding to holidaymaker demand it has announced extra flights to Faro and Malaga next summer.
Passenger 25,000,000 will get a big bottle of Champagne and two tickets to any easyJet destination of their choice, said the airline.
