Obama's Irish Cousin Gets Invite
Updated : Dec 15, 2008
County Offaly man Henry Healy (25) has been invited to Barack Obama's inauguration dinner in Washington in January.
Obama's cousin, from Moneygall, is overjoyed to have received an invitation from the Irish American Democrats to attend the historic event. The invitation has also been extended to local rector Rev Stephen Neil, who researched Obama's Irish ancestors and Limerick-based group Nancy Drew and The Hardy Boys, who launched their song 'There's No One More Irish Than Barack Obama' last Friday.
VeryHappyPig is also free that day if anyone would like to invite him!
