The Military Are Watching You, Santa

Updated : Dec 17, 2008

Kids around the world will be able to track Santa's epic Christmas Eve journey - thanks to a US nuclear defence network.

Military personnel at the North American Aerospace Defence Command (NORAD) in Colorado have teamed up with Google Earth and 750 volunteers to keep the spirit of Christmas alive. They will transmit 'live feed' of Saint Nick's flight by using 45 radars and fighter jets to track Santa before relaying the images of him and his reindeer on the website noradsanta.org.

VeryHappyPig will be keeping the Christmas spirit alive by wearing his stretchy pants on Christmas Day!
