Local business bucks the trend with expansion to new larger Bray premises

Recession revives the ‘fix it’ culture with increased business for Bray Computer Centre

Tina and Jim Kavanagh of Stealth Shield Ltd. are delighted to announce the opening of their new larger premises; Bray Computer Centre at Unit 7, Parklands Office Park, Bray County Wicklow.

From Tuesday, May 5, 2009, Stealth Shield Ltd.’s computer repair centre will operate from its new home, Bray Computer Centre, just across the road.

The move, in response to increased demand for their professional and dependable computer repair services, will provide the company’s loyal customer base with an easier to find repair centre, better parking facilities and an extended range of products and services on offer.

Fishery Harbour Gets Big Investment Boost

Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries & Food, today announced the investment of €6.9 million in 2009 towards the provision of pontoons at Ros an Mhíl Fishery Harbour Centre, County Galway.


This funding is being provided under the Department’s Fishery Harbour and Coastal Infrastructure Development Programme 2009 and is being co-funded by the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs. The overall cost of providing the pontoons in 2008 and 2009 will be €8.86 million with the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs contributing a total of €3 million.
