Irish kids are the happiest in the Europe it was revealed during the week.
An analysis of lifestyle factors that contribute to children’s wellbeing puts Irish youngster’s ninth out of 29 nations the Irish Mirror revealed.
“The reports shows a clear link between high levels of child wellbeing and low levels of child poverty. If we fail to protect families during the downturn, progress on child wellbeing could turn into reverse,†Child Poverty Action Group chief Kate Green claimed
Holland boasts the happiest children in Europe according to the analysis while Malta comes last.
Our near by neighbours Britain come in a 24 out of 29 places. The table focusing on youngsters was compiled by researchers at York University for the CPAG.
