Boyle's Got Talent And YouTubes!

Updated : Apr 16, 2009

Very Happy Pig was blown away by Britain’s got talent last week.

Now don’t get us wrong VHP wasn’t watching the show, its just Miss Very Happy Pig had it on and we noticed it in the background.

Our full attention was grabbed, however by a woman who looked like a cross between a school dinner lady and a male teacher.

Very Happy Pig quickly judged the book by its cover and readied itself for the all too familiar embarrassing yet amusing display from the 47 year old lady. But by the time she finished singing it wasn’t laughter that had VHP fighting back the tears and it seems we were not the only ones blown away by the performance.

Millions have since logged on to watch Susan Boyles performance online and less than a week after the show was aired she can boast celebrity fans.

The singer from Blackburn, stunned judges on TV's Britain's Got Talent with her performance of I Dreamed A Dream from Les Miserables, and since then Hollywood actress Demi Moore has joined the legions of fans who have voiced their support on the internet.

Ms Boyle, who admitted she had never been kissed, has now become the bookies' favourite to win the talent show.

She said: "I entered the competition because I wanted to have a chance at my singing. I found it very nerve-wracking to begin with but once I settled down and began to sing, I thought that the audience accepted me a bit more. Then I sort of relaxed and began to enjoy it.

Her performance on Saturday has received a mammoth 5 million hits on You Tube, and among those who have clicked to watch are Ghost star Demi Moore and her husband Ashton Kutcher.

He sent her a message on the micro-blogging service Twitter saying: "This just made my night."

Ms Boyle's is now tipped to beat 75,000 other applicants to the Britain's Got Talent prize, a chance to perform at the Royal Variety Performance.

Very Happy Pig would like to reiterate we don’t watch I am a Big Brother Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, X Factor or Britain’s got talent. Very Happy Pig loves Rambo, football and all things manly on TV, honestly!!!
